Approximately 2 kilometres from Mittelberg, the IFA Breitach Apartments are located in an ideal place to rest after a long day of activities in the mountains.
Our Mittelberg Apartments are in the middle of the valley, next to a lush coniferous forest. A lovely natural backdrop that lets you relax or be as active as you like. And there are numerous paths that head off from the entrance to the Kleinwalsertal Apartments in Austria. Enjoy discovering more than 150km of hiking trails that surround the valley.
Thanks to the Kleinwalsertal free guest card that we'll give you on arrival at the IFA Breitach Apartments, you'll have free access to all the bus routes in the valley. Make the most of it to visit Mittelberg and enjoy the varied cultural leisure options: the museum, the ski museum, rock concerts, Breitachklamm, and more!
The possibilities for practising sports are endless, both in winter and during the rest of the year. During the snowy season, there's not just skiing to enjoy, the area is also perfect for downhill, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, sledging and more. At reception, we'll let you know about the various packages, and we'll recommend different courses and equipment hire locations nearby.
In winter, the bus will take you to the ski runs at the Kleinwalsertal-Oberstdorf ski area which is just a few minutes from your accommodation. 120km of glorious snow with runs for all abilities. Whether you're a skier or snowboarder we're positive that you'll love this resort with its snowparks and freestyle area.
And when the snow has gone, giving way to the characteristically intense greens of the Kleinwalsertal valley, the activities don't stop. Enjoy guided walks that we organise at the IFA Breitach or enjoy a mountain bike ride and climbing.

And for the whole family to have fun together, the indoor pool is open all year round.
