The Abora Continental Hotel's gastrnomy options is designed for all guests to enjoy. At the Abora Continental Hotel, guests can make the most of an exquisite buffet called “sABOReA”. Everyday our chefs at “sABOReA” provide a selection of dishes and delicacies that will please even the most refined palette.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served as a buffet with a variety of dishes. You can choose from the cold buffet: fresh salads, a selection of fruit, etc. and you can also take your pick of the hot dishes: meat, soups, stews, etc. Not only that, but a few times a week the menu changes and themed buffets are served.
To start the day off, the buffet has a large continental breakfast selection which includes a selection of wholemeal produce. We make sure that the food is balanced and nutritious. That way, our guests can start their days off full of energy.
At lunch and dinner, diners can enjoy typical food from all over the world: Asian, Italian, Mexican and local dishes from Gran Canaria. A great selection of freshly cooked dishes by specialised chefs.
But there is much more. “24/7 by Abora”, a snack and drink bar, is available at all times. Inside the establishment and with an outside terrace –ideal for guests who wish to dine al fresco– is “Snack & Go”, with 3 different food choices: Italian food, health food and hamburgers & hotdogs.

The hotel also has a pool bar, next to the main pool, which includes a nice outside area. This bar is perfect to sip some coffee, a cocktail or a refreshing beverage. Guests can also access a Premium drink and leading spirit brands menu at very attractive prices. In addition, the hotel has a lobby bar, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink while you wait to check into your room.
